We were briefed by Bakers to give their main website a complete new look and feel and to provide content for new and existing dog owners.

 

We began by overhauling the UX by holding workshops with the brand, product and tech teams to understand what users would want from their online experience. `

From this, we created all the web templates including illustrating a new set of product icons to help users understand the benefits of the products. We also produced a series of online content pieces, initially at a set of tutorials to recommend best approaches to feeding, grooming and taking care of your pet.
